I believe that therapy is a deep, intimate and personal process, that’s why therapy cannot be a one size fits all approach.
Every individual is unique and so is their journey. Keeping this in mind, my approach to therapy is holistic and includes varies modalities from Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, Client Centered Therapy and Hypnosis. Having received training in these approaches, allows me to tailor make your therapeutic journey and experience.

What to expect?
Just like any relationship with someone new, our first session would emphasis on getting to know each other better. It entails carrying out a detailed interview and formulating a therapeutic plan. It further gives you the opportunity ask any questions you might have.
The sessions that follow will provide you the opportunity to balance any distressing or difficult emotions by not only exploring your current ways of managing these difficult emotions but also working together to find new ways to cope.
From thereon, we will create goals for our future work together. You might also be tasked with weekly assignments and homework. The intent behind the weekly tasks is to encourage you to practice your newly learnt skills into your daily life.
An individual session lasts between 45 to 60 minutes. The frequency of the sessions varies and depend on your individual progress.
